Description of the apartment

The new and furnished apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a multi-family house of the residential quarter Cedelia in Zehlendorf. The various areas of the residential area, such as the cherry blossom trail or the walkway, offer the opportunity to relax in idyllic nature with selected plantings. Areas such as the Piazza or the extensive Anger are large squares, which invite to a short stay with friends or neighbors.

The approx. 108 m² apartment is divided into three rooms as well as a kitchen, a bathroom, a guest toilet and a housekeeping room. Directly next to the apartment door you will find the elegant tiled guest toilet, which is additionally equipped with a walk-in shower. Following the corridor, you enter the bright study room, which is next to the balcony, and offers a great working atmosphere. From the hall, as well as from the study, you enter into the spacious living room, which of course also has a direct access to the balcony. In the cozy seating corner you can relax or watch TV. From the balcony you can have a look at the beautifully designed complex and the surrounding area.

Following the hallway you will reach the modern, high-quality kitchen. In addition to a ceran stove, an oven with many different functions, e.g. the food is kept warm, as well as a dishwasher, the kitchen has a fume cupboard which directs the exhaust air directly to the outside.

The location Zehlendorf

The residential quarter Cedelia is located on the Dahlemer Weg in Berlin-Zehlendorf. Zehlendorf is known as a place for convenient living, which it shows in different facets. The Schlachtensee or the many parks invite you to the green side of Zehlendorf. On the other side the centrum of Zehlendorf, i.e. the “Zehlendorfer Welle” is particularly suitable for shopping. Starting from the apartment you need about 5 minutes to the train station Sundgauer Straße (S1). From here it is about 30 minutes to Berlin - Alexanderplatz. By car you need about 30 minutes to both airports. The nearby supermarket is recommended for the daily things.
